Yes it is, it's the engine used in the 2010 FRPP Super Cobra Jet drag car.

It's rated at 475 hp with a giant 4" blower pulley, with a smaller pulley and tuning?????

Looks like it's tuned pretty conservatively with a huge blower pulley. Like Steve said, with a smaller pulley and some tuning, you could get some good numbers out of it.

Don't forget the 4" blower pulley, swap that out for a smaller pulley and the sky is the limit.

The FRPP Whipple 2.9L kit is rated at 750hp with a very safe tune if that gives you any idea what the 4.0L should be capable of. :shock:

Well throw that pulley in the trash then :D

When you're talking about a GT 5.4L that's built and supercharged (gigantic blower no less) 475 crank hp sounds kind of pathetic :lol:
