Hey guys, as i posted recently i'm getting a ported cylinder head and cams. I'm just not sure what level to get. I'm gonna do at least a stage 2 but i'm thinking i might go 2 3/4. Anyone know about how rough it makes it drive or at all. This is my D.D. so i don't want it to be a bitch to drive But i'd like the 2 3/4 if it wouldn't suck.

Thanks guys.

I hear the cams out of a 20B drop right in and give the Focus some nasty top end.

I don't know what a 20B is, but I'd like to know...

Aside from that, there was a nice tidbit on FJ about a cam from a German company called PIPER, as an alternative to Cosworth, Crane, and Crower cams, the aftermarket ones you may hear of repeatedly.

Might be expensive to get them though, and I only found one US distributor, out of Michigan.
Follow the links provided, here, then from the Jet...

Yeah i'm split between the 2 3/4 Crowers and a set of Piper cams. I'm waiting to hear back from the piper distributor in michigan. But i'm thinking i might go piper over crower. I've read some good things about them. Such as that it'll make for a better D.D. car, which mine is.
