Cold = Fast

Okay, I know that colder air = denser air = more oxygen = more zoom. But the recent drastic weather change dramatically emphasized how much difference this makes to my SVTF with JRSC+BBK. I didn't do any time trials, but you can REALLY feel the difference.
The $64,000 questions:
1) Is this normal?
2) Is this just as noticable with NA SVTF's?
3) What would a cold air system or intercooler do?
4) Is this an indicator that I should consisder getting a different tune (other than the Ford tune)?

This is normal, especially with an FI car. My N/A car feels much better in cold weather.
SVT's with Powerworks kit's have actually had major issues due to overboost conditions in cold weather and popping their engines.
You shouldn't have that issue with your JRSC though.
There is no easy way to intercool your setup although I know one person that may be building a new intake for the JRSC that will provide intercooling capability.
You could go with a water meth setup and a tune if you really want to perk it up, As yours is it should dyno about 220whp and the highest output SVT/JRSC car I know of was KennanJ on Focaljet and he was at 246whp with meth.
The only issue with water meth is that you have to refill the tank.
DB Performance can squeeze more out of your car without meth but the meth is a nice safety feature.
