Tail light swap

I'm looking at some tail light from a 04 SVT I have a 07 ZX3 can anyone tell me if these will fit?

Yes they'll fit. If they are stock tail lights they are the same as the ones on your car.

As I have told you before, ALL hatch tail lights are the exact same, with the exception of Euro tails. SVT Tail lights are no different then the stock ones you have, unless they are aftermarket chrome or something.
The difference between USDM and EDM is that the tail lights are blinkers also, and the wiring for them is very different.
