These are all done as "Cafe" style bikes.
'74 Kawasaki with stock handle bars,
Same bike after resto and paint with drag bars,
'81 Kawasaki with Clubman bars, the ones you call "mini cooper handlebars"
This ones not mine but is absolute motorcycle perfection. It has clip on bars (clamped right to the fork tubes).

Meh, after driving through Sturgis on Monday I would hit any one of those and still not blink twice. Bikers stopped in the turn lane on the way up to Mt Rushmore just chatting as they lean on their bikes was the last straw. I waited at that like for 3 cycles before I could go.
