Somewhere to get rims?

I need rims. Well I actually don't NEED rims I would like to have them to complete the exterior of the car I have a kit but w/o I think it will look petty off. So Question of the day is where should I get my rims (ebay is not an option)? Keep in mind I have limited funds.

Check the FJ i know there are tons of people looking to unload rims and tires for good prices. if you dont mind used. + you get pictures of how they look on cars =P
or you could go to junkyards and look for some 99+ Svt Contour rims

I've got 5 18 emkie cdr9 I could sell if you want. The fifth is scratched pritty good but works for a spare. Let me know.
