in terms of being able to pulll stuff off the car..... i had the same problem when my 08 got hit in the parking ramp. The car was towed to the shop and I wasnt allowed to get anything off the car out from inside of it until the investigation was over. It sucked for mine cuz I had my work badge and uniform in the car and oculdnt get it. I know it varies with insurance companies and shops but yea.

That why you don't have it towed to a shop...if the ins. company is paying for it, have it towed to the house...lol

yeah i was told i can pull any aftermarket add ons (neon underglow, strobe lights, neons inside, extra foglights for reverse) off, and anything else (aftermarket clear tails, clear markers, clear LED high mount, and all the LED lights) off as long as i replace them with stock...not so sure what i can do about the HID's...pull the bulbs?! can they be replaced with regular halogens?!

It is your legal right to have the vehicle towed anywhere you want. The insurance company has to do what you tell them to as far as the destination of your vehicle goes. You are there customer, you get to decide.

Whats buyback value?

I wouldn't think it would be more than $1000 or just slitly over.

they just take the buy back out of the payout. not more. you should buy it back. i'll give you that for it and strip it and split that with you too
A friend asked me if I wanted a frozen banana, I said "No, but I want a regular banana later, so Yeah."

Yup, you could buy it back for that price subtracted from the total payout. I'd bet you could sell it for more like 1k if it didn't have a ton of miles.

Heck, I'm sure Al would buy it

Yeah, buy it back. I'll give you $100 for the HID bulbs and ballasts if they still work....

Did the side airbags deploy? If not, the seats should pay the buyback alone.
