The hunt for car still continues. I have a family member that has a Kona edition 2000 Zx3 focus that he never drives anymore. Just wondering what people know about it. It has just over 100k miles on it..but its still an auto tranny. He wants 2000 for it.

Its the bronze colored. I have only seen pictures but it seems to be in good condition. I dont have much use for the roof racks or trailer hitch on the car though. So I will prolly look at taking those off.

I would buy that roof rack from you if you take it off.

I am honestly not sure how easy it will come off. My cousin tried taking it off and said he couldnt get it off. He thought it was because it was factory installed. But any part has to be able to come off the car right? lol. Like i said I havent seen the car yet. But I know I am taking the trailer hitch off. I will never use that.

I had a Kona(silver). The rack comes off pretty easy.
And that color is called Dirt. And its probably one of the rarest coolest colors on a Focus...
Other then the tranny being an auto(unless thats what your looking for) Id say thats a great price and would be an awesome car to have and mod...

Dirt brown is one of my favorite colors. I actually wanted to buy one and strip rusty of anything good and thrown on.
Even as an auto, I think you will get nothing but respect for picking the car up since it's such a nice color.
Also, I believe the Kona was also offered in rainforest green. I think dirt brown was the only unique color.

Your right. They came in CD Silver, Dirt, and Rainforest.
Its just so easy to mod a Dirt Kona, drop it with a nice set of wheels and it looks great, factory ext and all...SVT brakes, SVT Red insert interior...some kind of boost and N/A setup. You've got a kick ass daily driver.
I kinda want one know...
