since the cat converter bracket is known for busting ... i had to replace the one on the "road cone"
its pretty easy, and i have all the parts numbers and can do it for anyone need it as well.

the old one didn't look all that bad. but did you paint the new one to help prevent rusting in the future?

Bad idea, without the bracket you transfer all the weight and drivetrain movement straight to the bolts from the header to the head.ClOckwOrkSVT wrote:remove the cat. then you won't break the brackets. lol.
