Yup, as of June 30th I'm no longer at Tousley.

I found a job with more stable income and benefits and I took it, I will still be around here (Mnfocus) and I can still help you guys in getting the correct parts from Tousley or wherever you want to go but I'll be doing it just to help you guys after the first.

It's still possible that I might be kept on as a paid rep on the forums but thats yet to be determined.

I certainly won't be leaving the community as I've made too many friends here to pack up and leave. I appreciate all the business you guys brought me and I've enjoyed helping everyone out and at least for the local guys I'll still be doing it in some fashion.

I certainly hope they keep you on as a paid rep. That would be killer for you. Sad to see that you will not be my go to guy for parts anymore though. You have been a great representative for Tousley and MN Focus. I hope your new job is great and you will be able to post here all day long like normal

Congrats and good luck!

I'm happy to here that you have found a much more stable job Steve.

I also hope that Tousley keeps in mind that you should be a rep for them. Otherwise i'm going to have to go to Mike @ Hillbish for all my parts needs.......

I got hired on as a rep for Microcat which is the parts catalog system I've used for the last seven years so it's something I'm very familiar with plus I have the advantage of my years as a parts guy behind me when I'm dealing with cutomers since I've been there myself.

We'll see what happens here as far as me staying on part time.

It's not that, I'm also not telling people over the phone just because I don't want to get into multiple drawn out discussions about it.

I knew you'd find out pretty quickly. As far as I know the discount isn't going anywhere anyways.

I don't know what their plan will be but with all the local dealerships that closed over the last few years theres a lot of Ford countermen with years of experience just dying to get in there.
