Anyone running a COP setup?

or am I the guinea pig on this one?
Just bought a used/new set up from a guy on FF, for a damn good price too. SVT kit to go with the SVT head that is soon to go on the car. Though if I keep buying shit I'll never get it on the damn car.
Kinda doubting I'll see any gains from it. But like a few of my other parts, I'll be the only one around with it.

Would you see more benifit using these on a boosted car?
I have seen a couple of people use this type of setup in the UK. Gains not sure of though..

there really is no gain to be had on a coil on plug setup, other than rf interferance. auto makers moved to the cop for more precise spark timing for emissions. the stock coil on the focus is a fairly stout unit, if i remmember right i think its rated for around 50,000 volts with a .45-.50 gap thats even good for low pressure boosted aplications. no if you want to run a larger gap then you will need a better coil or one with multiple dischage. in my eyes the only thing cop will do for you is give you a light wieght race wallet. cus the stock coil is far cheaper than a single cop coil.

oh, i didn't know what y'all were talking bout either. i've heard them called independent coils not cop. i was trying to figure it out, i feel dumb
