Well not RIP yet....

I bought this SVT 2 weeks ago then last Sunday due to my own stupidity I wasnt paying attention and rear ended a hay wagon. It was empty so it lifted up the hood and well....see the pics. I bought it back from the insurance company since all the SVT parts other than the front bumper are unhurt amd bought a donor ZX3 and am putting all SVT stuff in/on it took it for a drive today and its doing great. Few more parts and paint and I'll be back on track.

No thanks god! Believe it or not I just got whiplash and a little burn on my wrist from the airbag. LUCKY!

Looks like the Focus did it's job once again, I've lost count of the number of horrendous crashes I've seen involving Foci that the passengers walked away from virtually unscathed.

I've only seen a couple so far browsing through the forums but like you say when you see the car you almost assume someone was injured pretty badly. Then it turns out they had a couple minor scratches and walked away.
