Ok...so how do i add pictures for my profile avatar?! everytime i try it says the page cannot be displayed.

you have to look at the requirements, and you cant break them. its really picky.

thats what i cant fiure out...the picture is small enough...i have it on my computer, and up on photobucket. i dont know what else is wrong?!
