Mankato. Madison/Victory McDonalds drive thou around 9:15 this morning. Red ZX3 I believe. I didn't get much of a look at it. Looked to have a Roush spoiler but I couldn't tell, aftermarket exhaust and black trim. I was going through on Victory and barely got the yellow light.
