Minnesota Focus Owners Club

It's so hard to put money into my Focus. First, I only bought it back in November so I'm paying $200 a month for payments right now. Then add that I'm a college student working a part time job whenever I can and I have a girlfriend (that gets expensive after over three years of going out). I do donate plasma twice a week. So with the payments, the girlfriend and just general expenses saving up for my FS Supercharger kit and not buying anything else will be a chore.

I need more ways to bring in money.

the only way to do that is to find a second job. i know that totally doesnt sound fun but it would work and maybe just for the summer with being off school you could do it

I already planning on working 40 hours a week or close to that over the summer so that should help. I just want that SC right now! Hopefully if i don't spend much money at all and I get some cash for my birthday I will be able to buy it by the end of June or middle of July.

Your problem is in bold. The solution: get rid of or find cheaper version.

or i know this sounds outta line but you could marry her and make her get a job then youd have two incomes and more focus money

Haha I'd love to marry her right now but we're both only freshmen in college and we couldn't even come close to affording that. Plus she'd never give me any money to work on my car. She says "You drive a Ford Focus, that's a girl car." There is no changing her mind on this. Maybe once I pick up my Supercharger kit that'll change her mind.

girls car?!?!?!? no a girls car is a white grand am or a red v6 camaro/mustang. a focus is a balanced tool designed to carve corners like a turkey.
