i have a basement room for rent. share full bath (with laundry) and partial kitchen with another basement renter. room is about 11' by 17' with biig closet. 20% of gas, water, and electric. things included are garbage/recycle, basic cable, house phone w/ free long distance, wireless internet.
$300/month

i also have one room (with HUGE closet) and private living room upstairs. share full bath and full kitchen with us. interior door to own area. 30% of gas, water, and electric. things included are garbage/recycle, basic cable, house phone w/ free long distance, wireless internet.

main entrance goes thru upstairs kitchen located in Cannon Falls

no one knows anyone, or that knows anyone? i'll look at anyone. i'm not that far from northfield or farmington.

not the best, the room is bigger then pictured. room, is the top left
the living room/bedroom is right above the 2 finished rooms. it's alittle over 2/3 the size of that top section.
no acctual pics. i'll snap some next time i'm down there and get some messurements.
the basement is all new. room never lived in.
the uptairs right npw needs somw spaklling and paint (which i'm getting too). there isn't any trim aroud the windows.
discount is based on per Focus brought,o but there is a fee per GM (jk).

how about 2 focus'? lol pics would be good. we've been thinking about moving.

we? i see. if you want to come look you can. then you can see where it is too. and if you want it, your approved. i've met you two and wouldn't have any problem with it. i'll get some pics up later tonight.

BTW, the plural of focus is Foci.

Yea sorry about my spelling i was tired lol. Is there an address i can google map to see where it is?
