Nice pics Pat, I went on Sunday morning.
I have to say that most of the cars don't do a thing for me. I loved the rats though.
I think that P-32 is about the only car Foose didn't totally ruin and I still don't like what he did to the grille.

The pictures seem a little to grainy though. I was shooting AV I believe my ISO was at 100-800 lgithing was in Daylight, and tungsten. Can't remember my pic style though. I don't have access to PC eather
This was my first indoor "lighted" car show taking pictures also.

I peeked at what you were using on a few of them... Most of them you were shooting at iso 1600. Not a whole lot you can do for noise when you're at 1600. You took them in JPG mode then right? There is some noise reduction software out there that could possibly help reduce grain but I imagine you would still lose a little quality.Patalrob wrote:Thanks TonyRedlineracer12 wrote:Nice shots pat

LOL I guess I wasen't paying much attention then
I'm not sure what you mean by JPG. I had it on aperture if thats what you mean.
I thought about bringing the tripod. Figured it was easier to do with out.

You can shoot in RAW mode when you're selecting the quality. I'm guessing you just had it set at "L" for Large JPG. Nothing wrong with that though, RAW just gives you a little more flexibility with white balance, exposure, shadows/highlights, noise, sharpening, etc before exporting it to the final JPG. Can take a long time though if you're monkeying with it for every picture.
