well...looks like my 08 Focus is no more. Had some idiot decide he was gonna back his truck into my car.... i was working and it was parked in the ramp. The idiot came in was like "Yea i think i hit some stupid idiots car. they parked in my spot." I do security at this place. So i had fun dealing with it when I found out he hit mycar.still trying to figure out why he just kept backing up into my car.... Pretty much the front end and drivers door are smashed in and destroyed. From the sound of it, they are gonna total my car. Which means, Ill be driving my 03 Focus now...ugh not very thrilled. So if anyone has parts for an 03 focus SE let me know. It needs a lot fo work.

no. we dont have assigned spots. he was just being an ass. Insurance......well im not that lucky. He didnt have insurance. So mine just sky rocketed up. my 6 month policy i had ended yesterday. The guy hit me on monday. Im paying about 500.00 a month for insurance now.

Can you sue the F'r and make his life miserable? Man $500 a month. Really sorry to hear about this.

Yea i was pretty pissed. Unfortunetly the company i do security for is contracted out to a bunch of rich idiots who make you feel like crap cuz they get paid around 150 to 200 bucks an hour. No joke. but he couldnt afford insurance on his truck.

positive side is I wont have4 a car payment anymore if they do total out my 08! lol.

find security footage!!!!!!!!! plus in this state it is illegal to drive uninssured!!!!!!! make him buy you a new car and cover any damages from lost wages. also ask him if his pants are nice......cus yer gonna sue them off!!!!!!!!!!!

I see stuff like this on Judge Judy all the time, if you have a witness saying he hit your car, and damage to your vehicle and his, hes screwed. But the first mistake you made would have been not filing a police report at the time it happend.
