You may have issues running a small steel wheel. Most 15" rims and smaller won't fit over the front brakes of the SVT. You may have to pickup a set of stock sedan or hatchback 16" wheels and use those.
The wheels will most likely cost the same, if not cheaper, but tires might cost alittle more, depending on size.
I've actually never seen a SVT ran with steel wheels, so I don't think anyone has been able to fit them without clearing the calipers.

ZX3 stock 16's are cheap. Sometimes cheaper then steelies. Look around for a set and find some cheap tires...
Or good luck and have fun replacing steering tie rods and getting an alignment in spring.

do you think these will fit with my car being lowered almost 2 inches?

they should, they are the same size as the foci rims. the tires are bad so you can put whatever you want on there to make them fit if needed. but, i don't think that's needed. if you don't take them, i'm gonna in a month or so, so jump onum if you want them. measure your rear, 15s might fit back there, save you a few coins. i can get a 14 on the back of a reg 07, and 14s all around on a 00-04. so measure before you commit.

If you want to run the EAP's thru the winter, I've got a set of Dunlop Graspics (215/45-17)for FREE. They are just above the wear bars, but probably will work better than any full tread all season for the rest of this winter. Not really free, as it would be around $90 buh to get them off my rims and onto yours.
I can get pics Saturday if you're interested, and will be in Chanhassen on Tuesday.

Geez, my tires are free now?
If I still had winter 17's I'd take them myself.
