So this is the piece that bolts up, that goes to the center of the bumper to the rear subframe? OR is it just the tip?

I believe the rear pipe and tip are all one piece.

Right this is the tip and the pipe that will connect up to the exhaust just over the rear subframe. I'll get pictures up ASAP.
