A buddy of mine went to a WRC race in Finland in August. He picked up a Top Gear mag at the airport for me. Hopefully it scanned well enough to read the article.

I wonder what hoops a guy would have to jump through to get one of these into the states? Could it be registered?

Pretty much anything can be registered if you spend enough money getting it to pass federal requirements.
