I just got a stock evo 8 turbo and with f2 focus making the blank turbo manifold I got thinking maybe I can do it! does anyone know of anything I should be concerned about with this turbo? I'm planing on getting a 2.3 liter duratec block, forged internals, head studs, cosworth intake, crower stage 2 cams for forced intuction. But I'm not sure what I should do with valves, springs, or heads. Any info would be appreciated. thanks. -Jeremy Ebner

I would first get that turbo rebuilt it had some shaft play in it.
Who is F2 focus?

As for the valve train ask crower what you need for spring weights and such for that cam. Also use your stock stuff. Saleen focus is running 11lbs on his stock motor. if you like I can see about making you a manifold and intake.

Ya need to get out alittle more...they build crazy turbo setups for Foci. They did a TT on a 2.3. And build hi power turbo kits for Dura's.
