Just thought I'd throw this up so it gives people time to get off of work and stuff.
We had discussed a possible meet in Stillwater this time....LOTS of windy roads.

When: August 16th, 2008 at 2 p.m.

Where: Stillwater Lot just north of the Northern overlook. Hwy 36 East to Downtown Stillwater (Hwy 95/Broadway ST N) Follow this North out of town you will see a sign for a Scenic Overlook It is past the overlook and past the Boom, and it will be on your Right. What: Hang out, Grill, Then Drive!!

Cruise from stillwater to taylors falls up 95...always a wonderful drive...There's another freshly paved country road up there, too, but I forget what.

I'm busy the weekend of the 9th otherwise open..

A cruise would be great, Dartfork had a route mapped out last year but I think it was more of a Southerly route then a Northern route not that it matters. I think Redwing was the southern destination which is pretty cool.

I work weekends.

Same here the 9th is taken and the 23rd. Going to be a Hillbilly and go to the grass Drags in Princeton on the 23rd. The 9th is the UFC Braw in Minneapolis I got tickets for that I so Looking forward to that!

How does the 16th sound???

My only open weekend in August is the 9th. Every other one is booked already.

My work is'nt that simple. In order to request a day off, I need to have vacaton hours to cover it.

i can get off weekends, but i dont trust my car that far away from its home!!

Anyone have a preferance as to when? Where?

sounds like a great deal, choose a date and I can request the time off, gotta know soon/at least 2 weeks before

So far it looks like it will be Aug. 16th, 2008. Most of the replies state the 9th is taken so them 16th seems to fit better.

I'm out. My car will be sitting in the Fargo dome for a show....
