WTB: Focus ZX-3 5 speed

hey guys,
I'm getting the new car bug really bad and want to give up my 2.3L 04 auto sedan for something a little more sporty and mod friendly. (I think the zetec is way easier to work on then the D-tec.) I have a budget of around 5.5K, lets see what you got!
I wouldn't mind getting a prior salvage, as that is what my sedan is. Oh, and no silver, white, or yellow.
Thanks!

Wanna wait until this fall? I will probably have a 01 red hatch for sale for cheap, not the nicest car, but a good car

Sorry, no. I want something by the end of this month.
I've been searching CL and stuff but everything is to bland or has half a million miles. I'd like to find something with a few tasteful engine mods and the like. IDK, I have a feeling this is going to be a hard search...

Ok, just thought I would mention it. My car has a bunch of miles on it anyways, which would always be a good excuse for replacing things with some aftermarket parts anyways.

Since my Jetta is running, I suppose I don't need my wagon anymore...5spd Zetec, with Ford Racing wires, intake and SVT Flex Back...

LOL

j/k

But Nick's car would be a perfect modder for someone..

ummmm, little more info? What options, color, pics, mileage, price?

From what I have been seeing is that SVTFs in my price range are usually over 90K miles, and I'd like to keep it under that. Let me know, thanks.

Well, if he's willing to let it go for under 6K, lets see some pictures!

But I doubt it...

I'm thinking of selling the infamous "Alien" Focus if your interested. here some pics of her last summer: http://picasaweb.google.com/umdivx/Focus_05_01_07

and the mods list:
http://homepage.duluthmn.com/~umdivx/Fo ... nature.htm

has two sets of wheels, stock 16's with Yokohama Ice Guards, and the set of 18's you see in the pics.

Its a 2001 ZX3 S2 with 111k miles 5-speed

its been driving only two winters (before I owned it, it never saw the winter) I do drive a ways for work so it does have some rock chips/sand damage, nothing major just what you'd normally see on a car that has been driven a lot.

Hit me up if your interested and see what we can work out.

Josh, I could almost swear that you were thinking of selling the former alien focus long before you even bought it.
