Who has a boosted Focus? Cause if my focus does not sell in the next week I am going to boost it by late March. I wanted to know what problems arise when you do this and what I should look out for. Using a Garret Turbo.

Theres acouple of us 'Boosted'. But only a handful are using turbo setups.

I'm personally using a Centrigual Supercharger with a Air to Water intercooler.

I thought about going turbo, sure you can get more power out of the setup, but I looked at the reliabilty or the turbo and tech support and tuning. There seems to be more problems that come up with a turbo setup then with a supercharger.

I have a JRSC setup on my car.

I have an itsy bitsy "Aerocharger" on my car (that is broken not due to the turbo, but lack of maintenance).



Davis seems to have reliability issues ever since he got his newer turbo setup, but he just keeps breaking clutches.

I've got the focus sport turbo kit, for the duratec. Haven't had any problems with it. Just got the stage two kit with intercooler, can't wait to put that in.

yeah, i have a turbo setup. and yes i went through 2 CM4 clutches, but my new clutch is going strong.

I have a water tank under the driver headlight with pump that pumps water thru the intercooler...

I've got a box full of boost...but no car with boost...still
