Looks great! We had the sleds in WI. over the weekend, but the trails were closed because it was above freezing. We did manage to piss off a local landowner though (ooops) with some ditch riding.

I'm just hoping the trails are still decent now after the weekend :( I haven't been out yet but soon! With some help my sled is running decent. A few more tweaks/parts and it'll be golden ;)

no need for any "come backs" pussycat riders are just insecure about the crap they ride that they have to make them selves look better by giving shit to others who ride anything but pussycats.

;)

I've always ridden polaris. 89 indy 400, 90 indy 400, 95 XLT 600 triple, and now my 02 XC SP 600. I am really loving the Edge chassi, much much much better than the indy chassi. The edge suspension gives the M10 a run for its money, 13.9" of travel, fox shocks, the works. I am actually really happy with my sled, paid $2k with 1900 miles, bran new track, with bran new 96 stubs with round plastic backers (instead of the shitty square alumn ones). So I can't complain at all.

My next purchase will be a 2003 SKS 144" track with either a 700 or an 800, or also i've been lookin at an 04/05 Switch back, with 144" track, basically the same as the SKS but lighter and better suspension. I want more of an out west/powder sled for the big snow fall days, then i'll also have my XC for the trail days.

Maybe if we had snow i'd get out, but the thaw plus the lack of new fresh pow has really killed the trails so I won't be heading out any time soon unless we get atleast a foot of fresh stuff.

lets see i started out on a scorpion whip with a 440 droped in it. i then went to a 440 chaperel with a cleated track from there it was a 79 exciter with a worked over 440 that thing would stand on end at 30 mph lol. then i was sledless for a few years and then got a phazer with the pogo front end (i tell you what i loved that thing. light as hell) then it was a 580 ext arctic cat and a vmax 600. i still have the vmax but the ext went away for the zr. i know what you are saying about the trails the munger is alright but anything in the woods is shit i have been out on my raptor the last week.

I've got a 96 XCR 600 bout the same as the 95 XLT... Man I could go for an 02 600 :) I don't plan on investing any serious money though cuz I'm usually too busy to drop everything and leave when the snow flies, which hasn't been too often in the last few years.

yea this is probably the first year i've been able to call in sick/take time off and just head out when the show flies. I've already got damn near 600 miles on this year alone. Been a great season so far, just wish we didn't have the warm up and gap between weather systems.

BTW that XLT 600 I used to ride is the one in the pics, my bro rides it now, over 12 years old and has 6500 miles on it and still runs like a top.
