Found - Cheap set of snow tires/rims, or cheap 15" rims

Edit:
Found what I was looking for, thanks Kyle!
Yeah, I know, little late to be looking for snow tires now, but I didn't realize how bad the tires were on my wife's 01 ZX3 until I sold my 9-2x and started driving her car. They still have plenty of tread for rain, but they're terrible in a couple inches of snow.
So basically, I'm looking for either a cheap set of snow tires/rims, or just some 15" rims. I picked up a set of snow tires/rims the other day that don't actually fit on the Focus (stupid me, again), so I could use the tires off those rims if I need to. I only need these to last until the end of January, since I'm moving overseas in Feb. Not interested in all seasons, since this is our only car now, and it needs to get us everywhere this winter.
I'd do up to $200 (maybe $250) or so for a whole set, or $100 for the rims. I'd prefer tires/rims, since I wouldn't have to pay for mounting/balancing, but I'll take what I can get. And I really don't care what they look like. As long as the rims are round, and the tires have tread, I'm interested.
Edit:
Forgot my location, I'm down in Rochester, but I don't really have a problem driving up to the Cities if I need to.
