i've heard the cobalt is actually pretty decent. I mean, its kind of hard to believe seeing as its predecessor was the cavalier (also known as the worst car ever made) but...
I mean, I wouldn't drive one, but I wouldn't burn too much on anyone who did...

I've driven a colbolt ss, and it felt just as cheap and shitty as the Focus....but it was faster.

Ya know, after thinking about, I've got more respect for GM now, they are showing they are not afraid to put a fast motor in a econo box, that may be competitive with their bigger name cars like the Crap-vette.
I don't see Ford doing anything towards performance with the Focus, IMo, cuz it may be too competitive with their Mustang.
Just my take on it....

Unless you move out of this country to another developed nation other than Canada, then you can get a much better Focus.
