David,
Is this event open to the public as far as spectating is concerned or is this a "gated community" sort of event? It's in my neck of the woods and would be kinda cool to see if I have time.

yep. crank walk, failed turbo's, locked up transfer cases, recalls, spun bearings, etc. lol I used to be with MN3S, my 3000gt VR4 took a dunp on me... god damn I want one again! fun fucking cars.

It's open to the public for spectating. It's a get together and a car show. Anyone who brings a car is entered in the show but it has to be a 3000GT, Stealth, Eclipse, Talon, Laser, Galant, EVO, Lancer, Starion, Conquest, Mirage, Diamante, Colt, Cordia, Avenger, Sebring coupe, Stratus coupe, and all other Mitsubishi made vehicles. looks like it should be fun
Here is a list of cars attneding so far. last year they had 142 cars.
