comp orange svt on payne ave in st. paul, around 3:30, seen it 2x now around that same time.

if it doesnt have a bodykit and it has a loud exhaust then yea it's me, i was getting home from work.....

no body kit, but you must not have been accel. cuz it wasnt that loud, i knew it wasnt stock but it didnt seem very loud. ya this week i have been at the fire station on payne doing some work
