emissions light came on. what could it be?

what year / make/model? most likely a cat or a egr or cat monitor.....but some thing to do with the exhaust/vapor mangement side of things. check you gas cap see if thats tight.

most parts places will give you a free scan, so they can sell you whatever part you need... could be anything from 'you didn't tighten the fuel cap' to 'your engine is exploding'

its a 2002 zx3
yeah i thought it might be the gas cap but i checked it and it was tight. also checked the o2 sensors
guess ill take it to autozone :roll:

just cus the gas cap is tight dont mean it aint leakin!!!

if you come up with a p0455=gross evap leak id throw a cap at er first, its cheap and they are common.
