I threw together a design that is ummm, ahhh, more...."family" friendly.

not 100% sure if the screening company can get that levels of gray by only using white ink, but at least it is a start...

...will work for free shirts...

Looks good, KISS is clean. By changing the dither pattern on the positive they should be able to achieve a fading effect which should look okay, of course a light shade of gray may be the ticket instead of white to produce the best effect. It would still look "Bright" on the front with the large block letters.

Much better design than the old chrome babe that adorns 18 wheeler flaps. I once was many years ago on a Trap shooting team called "City Dogs" where we had our trap shooting vests screened with a small chained poodle getting doggied by a Bull dog with the little poodles expression...priceless. At times it could be embarrassing to wear in mixed company but when your young and stupid...

We could print that design one of two ways. First way would be to do it as grocerygetter mentioned, or we could print it digitally. Both would look great. The advantage of digital over screen is that the minimums are lower, and itll have a softer hand. If we get enough interest and a pre-pay setup, Id run these.

Cafepress is an option for this.

I run a shop wazgear.com

Problem is with black shirts they only allow the front to be printed.

You should be able to get front and back at a local shop for under $10 a shirt. screens usually cost $25 and most shops will fit your front and back logo on one screen.

Email me if you want some shirts on my site. jgrenell @ yahoo.com
