motor, trans, suspension, interior, exhaust, pretty much everything. Need cash soon though because im running out of stuff to do on this one

Depends on the cars shape.
That one (with the motor and trans), came with half an interior and no fenders, hood, or front bumper for $400.
You could get nicer more complete ones for more money.

What could be better?
I have seen those Terminator Cobra motors well over 650 HP with stock internals, There is a guy right here in town with an '03 Cobra that runs 9.50's on drag radials.
It's a street car. Don't mess with Cobras. Especially if it starts whistling instead of whining when he spools it up.

he is a poor mechanic...... thats why he will be getting stock svt parts to put into the car

I got next to him this summer and he pretty much walked over my Cobra. Little did I know he was putting down a four figure horsepower number.
