On the duratecs, is the alt on the intake side or the exhaust side?

i think its front bottom,right side

Same palce as the zetec, on the back of the motor, at least on the 2002's.

No Duratecs in '02, The alternator is in about the same location though. Behind the motor on the passenger side.
