There it is. It was very quiet and comfortable on the way home(put about 100 miles on it on the way home), I can tell you it does need a new air filter, plugs/wires, and an oil change, has no low end with AC on full tilt. But, it was used. It wasn't bad, I got it for 9k with 38k miles, power everything, keyless entry, 5 speed, leather, traction control, CLEAN in and oute even under hood, some minor scuffs on the rear, nothing major.

Already been looking at cams 8)

I will get better pics when its mopre light out, its dark now, sorry for the shitty pic.

Now you need a srt4 turbo swap!

I was looking into the srt4 swap, supposivly its not so bolt up and go like you'd think, the internals and CR are differant, and the manidolf doesnt' fit so well, I am going to look into it more to see about the pt gt swap at least. with a turbo it would be a bad ass little wagon. 8)

They make a conversion plate. I had the info saved long ago I'll try to find it.

I would never buy a PT purely because you have to push that damned button to take out the key. I can't stand that... lol...

anyways, you've always got the 2.4 turbo swap

I believe I have seen some turbo PTY's with similar mileage for not much more

so again, why didnt you just buy what you will end up wanting anyways? g to reg pt swap is about as silly as a zx3 to svt swap, by the time you are done it would be cheaper to have bought the SVT or in this case the GT

I paid 8995 for mine, I doubt for much more you would have found one, becasue I looked on carsoup and autotrader and did not find any PT GT"s in my budget, and, insurance is a lot more on the PT GT. Mine is also a stick.

I think the thing might of actually ben like 9k, which made me think it might of been a rebuilt car, dealership looked kind of shady or something

now this is what you need:

http://www.joeson93.com/gallerymore.asp ... ryid=36741

the place only has one PT on their website right now and it is newer and more expensive than the Turbo models I remember seeing

http://www.joeson93.com/gallerymore.asp ... ryid=39571

the Turbo I saw before I believe was a 2003 possibly with something like 38k on it for like 9 or 11k, maybe 13k
not completely sure, but I remember it being redicuously low

That PT is an auto, and, is the color blue the old lady wanted. No joke, I was looking at new ones, and, for these 2 I was looking at, they where exactly the same, except the colors, the black one had surius sat radio in it factory, the other did not and was that color blue, they wanted another 400$ for the blue one.

I don't neccesarly need the turbo power, but I'd def like to wake this one up I got. I was reading that the plugs/wires from the factory are shit, the plugs are gapped wrong and the wires seperate at the boots. I am going to buy new plugs/wires and drop in a k&n and take it from there. I was looking at some cams, the exhaust cam is pretty small compared to the intake cam and that sorta cokes the performance. I was reading that the neon cams are a popular drop in.

...do you even know what yer talking about? shift boot!!!!!!!!!! whats wrong with a svt swap??????my car should be faster than a svt, its lighter for one( smaller brakes,knuckels,rotors)...shift boot.. i dont have the abs or tcs to worry about....shift boot... my suspintion is way better than the svt stuff, and its a sleeper! shift boot!!!!!!!!!
