Helpful Tuning Guides (update #1)

Not all of the information provided will apply directly to the Focus, Zetec, Ford engines or engines in general. Some if not most of the information will have to be applied to the project at hand. Theories and laws are definatly 2 different things, laws cannot be broken (thermodynamics and fluid dynamics specifically); theories are just laws that are not yet 100% proven in every situation.
