Ok, soon I should have all the parts I need, bearings, trac-lok, seals, etc.
I need to find someone that can rebuild the trac-lok, install beefy S spring, gears, bearings, and finish it up. The pumpkin is an 8.8" IRS like found in the 99+ cobras and 89-97 tbird/cougar and 93-98? mark viii.
For the most part I will have all the parts supplied, I am looking to get this done in the next month or so, I want to drop the full IRS in the tbird, go thru it, and inspect the chasis further to see if its going to be worth it, if its not, I am putting the IRS into something else fox body-ish

I am not positive but I bet the guys at Cokato Ford would be able to set it up perfect, OR have send an e-mail to
Hartwigs@hutchtel.net - they sould be able to tell you someone close that can set up the 8.8 IRS, OR stop in to Tangen and ask to talk with Hydecker (I can't remember his first name) but he might be able to do it as a side job at home.
