Why this car...you ask?

As I travel around the state, I blow through many...many small towns. I keep my eye out for those cars I've wanted to toy with over the years. A long...long time ago, I saw one of these done up in black, sporting the trx wheels of the time, ofcourse a small block, it even had the fish net headrest Ford motorsport seats. It was clean, different, and well, just like I like'em. From that point on, I kept my eye out for a one to buy. As the years have passed, most of these have disappeared.
The "other" two door model is often what is left, most of the time already modified. I haven't seen one of these for what seems like decades.
Now, she ain't for everybody. I know this. Doesn't matter. I usually see things in ways most don't. I really want to snag this one, even if I have to sit on it till I'm retired......Problem is, wifey is not biting on this one at all. So either I find a way to make it happen, or I give up on it, and add it to the..."if I'd bought it back then..." club of automotive history I've managed to allow to pass me by so far...
Check it out:

Ok . . . Ok. You can have the seats, but you better not touch the hood and bumper.
There is where your seats are at. 1979 Mustang Pace Car. The hood and front bumper are MINE.

Dammit Scott. Your not suposed to tell them my secret hideout. How am I suposed to be a super hero now that they know?
But yes scott is right. It only took us 15 trips out there to find the old pace car. Hell, Marvin didn't even know it was there.

When you go to pick up the hood and bumper (very nice btw) let me know. I could meet up to get the seats or something.
