Prob has better rings or higher flowing head or good valve springs.

from what I gather he put down 192 whp and 211 wtq on a little 6.7 psi (factory probe turbo/wastegate) and no nitrous
those are nice numbers for the pressure he is running
it doesnt seem like he has too drastic of mods, although he may have a ported head he didnt list, or it may have never been put on
my old car was a ZX2, so I have been part of that community for a year, they put down decent numbers
