Rough Idle & Ignition--Spark Plugs & Wires

Lately my ignition has been kinda rough and my idle has been a little jumpy so I'm thinking changing my spark plugs and wires would be a good idea. I picked up my FR 9mm Spark Plug Wires from Steve the other day (thanks Steve) and now I'm lost of what kind of plugs I should pick up? Any other tips appreciated, cuz this will be my first time messing with these, wires too.

Order a set from Steve. No need to use anything other than Motorcraft.

World's best advice IMO.
Things to also check if you have rough idle is vacuum lines, check for leaks, check your IAC, TPS, and fuel filter.
Not sure how many miles you got on your beast, but, might as well do a tune up if its time.

at the meet on sat, he said he had a bunch more sets of the cheap discontinued FRPP red wires...

Just stick with stock motorcraft plugs. I run motorscraft on my car

Just reg stockers or something special for the go in a bottle?
Do you have any tune in your car or?

No tune, no chip. I'm at about 58,000 miles.. what are gapped plugs?

hey like all others say, just double check all ur wires and vac lines.... oh just like them, get the spark plugs from steve... i'm not sure about the regular zetec (besides the svtf zetecs), i wonder if u can gap ur spark plugs bigger... that's what i did wit mines, and i'm running real good ever since steve threw everything on for me....

When you open them up a bit. Stock plugs are .055, I just moved mine to .060 and re-did my cam timing. I bought the FRPP cam tool set and now they are set tru to TDC and 0,0 degrees. Also replaced my cam bolts. Tomarrow AM get my new hose yeah yeah yeah

check at the evap thingy on the right side fire wall. check all the little vacume lines, they rub up there and they all leak. its the vacumme feed for the evap dealy.

I run colder plugs for the spray.
AZFS22C gapped at .55
