I don't think I am making it to the fucking dyno since my car decided to eat what i think was a head gasket.
I was coming into litch, and noticed my temp gage was pegged, about 3 miles back it wasn't...
I drove it pretty sally too...
So I turned up the heat, nodda, just warm outside air, no hot motor air.
Popped the hood, shit sprayed EVERYWHERE.
I guess its a good time to put that new timing belt on that I wanted to do, and clean up my wiring under the hood...
Always something.
Someone wanna front me an SVT short block and a ported head?

Score, as long as the animal piss coolant is like the green shit...
I went out to the garage after I settled down, and pulled the plugs, none showed any sign of coolant.
I checked oil. No signs of coolant.
I put water in the rez and low and behold, a coolant line pissed all over my motor.
Turns out its a coolant line, one of the formed ones, I think I got a chunk of non-formed coolant line that should work...I just hope the bitch didn't over heat and nuke something, gives me a reason to convert it to the green coolant...

Yeah I know.
I need to get some more sound deadener so when I pull out my carpet to run power wire to relocate the battery, I can do that and run the wire, and, then the wiring is getting all loomed and heat shring tubed.
I got the part on order from the local stealership.
I woulda gotten it form Steve, but I need it asap and I should have it in hand tomarow morning before the woman needs to go to work. Man I hate them morons at the local dealership, they must not have good ventilation out there or something becasue they are all retarded.

I believe the Focus is designed to run for a time after catastrophic coolant loss so you don't ge stranded, The car is supposed to know when to shut itself down to avoid severe damage.
Believe it or not I got that from reading my owners manual last weekend.
This is only a Zetec feature and possibly Duratec, You SPI guys out there are just screwed.
