I am looking to get a svt throtle body bored and ported to 65mm. I remember talking to FORDSVTPARTS about it when I got my suspension from him and he recomended someone I just don't remember who. Where can I send mine off to to have this done?

The guy who does it is SVT Salvage and you can try calling him at 732-995-0993 or e-mail through his website
http://www.svtsalvage.com/ or this direct e-mail
porting@svtsalvage.com
He can be a little tough to get a hold of but the TB is well worth it.

Isn't the stock SVT throttlebody like 66mm? Maybe I read that wong some where, but I was under the impression it was 66mm and people upgraded to 70mm if they upgraded at all.
Can someone correct me on this?

negative, SVTSALVAGE puts in a new butterfly and everything, so 66mm would be incorrect for stock. I thought it was shy of 65mm. He does a great job with the porting

The duratecs use the same throtle body as the svt.

The SVT and Duratec share the same TB housing and butterfly but the linkage is different so they are not interchangeable.
The SVT TB is 65 mm at the opening of the body but it tapers down a bit and has a couple bumps inside the throat of the TB.
SVT Salvage removes the stock wedge shaped plate, 2mm at the leading edge and tapering to 10mm at the trailing edge and he bores the TB 2mm to a true 65/66 for the full length of the TB and then adds a flat billett throttle plate.
It really does transform the car.

If the linkages are different can I have an svt TB done and switch out the linkage off my stocker when time to install in the car?
