Sale Pending.
3 serious interested parties. Should know by tomorrow night or monday... Looks like no-matter which of the 3 purchase it... It will be picked up personally by the new owner and going to either Cali, Pa, Or Jersey... So apparently the SVT will be saying "Peace out" to MN.
I told them all... first come, first serve so if anybody has any serious interest... Email me now or forever hold your peace... lol
Oh... and for the few haters... They all offered at least $10,500... but i'm willing to take $10k.
