I already quoted you the best price you'll find on an OEM MAF, I'm the resident parts pusher and I get you guys employee pricing on all OEM and Ford Racing parts.

I can have it delivered to a business address or ship it, there is the core charge on it so you may want to just drive up and pick it up and bring the old MAF with you so you don't have to pay the core.
If you want it shipped or delivered I just need to get a credit card number for payment.
If you are going to bring the core with you just need to bring the sensor, not the entire housing.
Pic for reference,

Sorry, I normally quote that along with the price. The core charge is $75.00 but if you come pick it up and bring the old one with you don't have to pay it.

Can you see the banner in my sig?
I'm a wholesale parts salesman at Tousley Ford, We're in White Bear Lake and yes we do have a large fleet of delivery vehicles.
If it goes to a commercial address I can have it delivered by one of our drivers with no delivery fee, if it gets shipped to a residential address it would go via Speedee or Fedex and you would have to pay about $7.00 shipping.
