my car does 125 (inbetween groups of traffic on 94)
or about 110 (when passing trucks on 94)

Only 125 with a turbo car? Come on Sally, if you're brave enough to get it to 125 you should be able to let her rip all the way.

I would of went faster recently, but I don't know the speed rating of my snow tires

once I have decent rubber I will probably venture into los my liscense land again

The Dunlop Graspics I had were 100 mph rated, I know they were good to at least 110
