Depending on what you are using the AK for is weather the scope is pointless or not. They are fine with iron sights, but with a scope they are pretty darn accurate for a bunch of scrap metal and plywood. I am not a fan of AK's, but I shot one once that had a scope on it. Didn't know that. It looks funny when you're used to seeing them mounted the other way.
I think we can agree that a scope on an AK is about pointless though.
