Where I work there is all the over time you can get your hands on pretty much, this week I think I am going t have like 63 hours in, double time hits at 50 hours. Was going to go in tonight and get about 72, but, the wife wanted me to be at home.

Did you get rid of your hatch system? I miss the feel of ground pounding bass. I rode in Donny's Tiburon the other day, and damn, I really miss that.
Well, I didn't get rid of anything, its just no longer in my car. I pulled the sub and I'm making a HT sub, the amp is going on the for sale block, and the box is going to get diced into pieces for my HT sub, so I don't have to buy more MDF
Anyways, I really do miss that bass. That single 8" sub REALLY pounds for a 8, but it can't handle as much power as I want to throw at it, and EVERYTHING rattles up front. I think I'll try a Image Dynamids ID10 next, i think you can stick them in .5 cu/ft boxes, I could probably handle losing that much trunk space

I highly recomend an alpine Type R 10" only requires .75 cu/ft and can handle 600 watts easily, I've got one and for just one sub it pounds hard, and clean at the same time, I like the cleaner bass myself.

While I do think that the Type R is the best sub Alpine makes and most of the rest of my system is alpine, the ID10v.3 is more efficient, has a lower fs, more xmax, and fits in a smaller box. Sooooooo...

I love my TypeR's. I would buy more if mine ever blow.
I had my Pioneer/Sony system in my Mazda, and something happend to the amp. My dad took into work to see if the techs could find something wrong with it.

Pioneer makes a sub that is only 4" deep if you wanted to make a box for a hatch that took up no space, put it over the wheel well. I am not sure how it sounds, but, I had 4 10" impp pioneers, for the money, I was rather impressed. I found a pioneer unit on ebay last night I am going to give a whirl, and, when I got more money, I am going to go with a pair of type r 12's, but, for now, the pioneer sub will be better then nothing.

Well type R's are good subs, but the Image Dynamics IDv.3 series is a lot better. They don't handle quite as much power (400WRMS compared to 500WRMS) but they are a vastly better sub in every way

I keep hearing the id's are nice. I would love to hear 'em some time. I heard some jl w3's and, I most say, for the little power they take, my joaw dropped, then, I seen the price and was like hells no....

Saw the Kona yesterday. You need to hook the car up with some ext mods! C'mon man! Some rims, lower. SOMETHING! Parked across from you was a stock white ZX3 with tinted windows and clear front markers, do they work there too?

I know, I REALLY need the SVT suspension and some Konig Heliums... But, money is a little tight right now, with tuition coming up and such. Although, with as obscenely bald my tires are, maybe I should get some new wheels/tires...
Anyways, yeah, thats my buddy Troy's car. He works there too.

Get him hooked up on the sites man.
Did you ever find a set of Bronze Heliums in a 4x108? I called around, and they don't make them anymore. You would have to custom order them from Konig and probably have them custom drilled. My new rims should be here today, I'm just sitting here waiting for em.
