born here would be my only requirement, and spent the majority of their life here, not neccesarily a percentage.
p.s. a true minnesotan wouldn't have to ask that

i am 88%. i love the halloween of 91 Q. best halloween ever. and the "i go to the cabins on the weekends".

85% here, Born in Long Beach, California but been here since I was a baby.
The only comment I have ever had about my Northern accent was from a woman who sounded like she was probalby an extra on the set of "Deliverance" So I don't count that one.
