who did your porting the first time?

al wondering if you know why the imrc was unplugged on the red focus you used to own? the one i own now lol

I had my zetec head ported at D&G and I would not suggest them. I lost about 20lbs torque and only gained 4 hp after 5k. They also charged me an extra 600 and they took about 4 days longer then promised which cost me about 400 more in car rental. They argued it was tuned improperly but from the dyon the a/f ratio was spot on and drivability was not an issue.

i got that new head! and picked up parts from steve, forgot to ask about timing tools, and i need some links to get assembly processes, and torque specs, timing pics ect ect. anyone have anything like that?

bump. got the timing tools on order. any links to assembly and timing sites?

A Chilton's works, and there portable anywhere accept underwater maybe.

i just need the torque spec for the cams, and what bolt tightening sequence then i can follow steves timing procedure.

also wondering if the tappets/liifters are solid or oil pressure?

so i got the exhaust fixed now.

i plugged in the secodary runner control module thing.... the cable that hooks up the the dsi clip without the cable attatched cause i didnt want it to break it again and the thing just made a pretty loud humming noise. like the motor inside was making a noise. wondering if that is normal and if i hook it up it would be fine? or not?

please help me out! thanks
