Hows it going?

Down from 1.5 packs a day to less than one. Still working on it, I just forget to post because I'm too busy with school.

Ah i see. Keep it up. one day you wont be killing yourself and emptying the pocket in the same step.

quiting is easy. I've dont it many times! lol. I am half heartedly trying to quit. But the stress isnt helping me much right now. darn nicotine! Good luck to everyone tryingto quit.

Yeah, the Chantix has helped a lot. I've only smoked three so far today.

my sister was on chantix for about 3 months and she was doin fine till she got off the pills....same for me but i tried the patch and by the last, smallest one i started smoking 3 or so a day then just escalated back to a pack a day

going to get re hypmotized today, this time shooting for longer than 2 months

good luck! one of my dads friends quit for 3 years after being hypnotized
